Gosh - it's been a "while" since I've put anything up. I've been in my yard & garden and having soooo much fun. Planting is all done and we've been spending some quality time weeding. Strawberries, cherries & raspberries have come & gone as has the brocolli.
This Tues., July 13 at 6:30 pm is the RS Homemaking meeting. I'll be doing a presentation on dehydrating. I'll be using Debbie Kent's handout and as it is quite lengthy only a few will actually be printed for those who don't have internet and we're asking everyone else to please follow this link for the information.

I'm so grateful Debbie allow's us to utilize her material. Also I'm putting up the link to her dehydrating video. This is the presentation she did...so if you miss this Tues. you'll know as much as I do!!!!

The video is in two segments, both are worth watching but they are rather large so be aware that they may take a little time to load.
That's it for now. I will try to find some simple charts for drying times for different fruit & vegetables and post those for reference. But...later :)
